Prairie View A&M University's Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Office is responsible for ensuring the University's compliance with University and System policies, as well as federal, state and local laws pertaining to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. To fulfill the Office's mission, the Equal Opportunity Officer serves as liaison between Prairie View A&M University and the Texas A&M University System Office, serves as the University's Title IX Coordinator and serves on the Sexual Harassment Education Committee.
