Edward L. Blackshear Field serves as the on campus home site for the Prairie View A&M Panthers football team as well as the PVAMU Panthers and Lady Panthers Track and Field teams. The facility can accommodate roughly 6,000 college football and track and field fans.
The William "Billy" J. Nicks building is the proud home of Prairie View A&M University men's and women's basketball teams as well as the women's volleyball team. The Nicks Building also affectionately known as the "Baby Dome" by PVAMU alums and fans has been one of the centerpieces of Prairie View A&M's athletics facilities over the past three decades. Built in the early 1960's the dome has a seating capacity of 6,500 and has been host to several nationally televised games over the years. The facility which also houses PVAMU Athletics Equipment Department boast two weight rooms as well as a sports medicine treatment room.
Houston's Reliant Stadium is the host site of the Annual State Farm Labor Day Classic football game played between the Prairie View A&M Panthers and Texas Southern Tigers. Reliant Stadium is one of the most innovative stadiums built in recent years with its retractable roof and spacious seating. Host site of the 2004 Super Bowl, Reliant has quickly become known as one of the premiere stadium complexes in all of sports.
The Memorial Student Center and University College serve as two main locations of frequent visits for PVAMU's incoming student-athletes. The student center is conveniently located in a central location on Prairie View A&M's scenic campus. The University College serves as the primary location of freshmen housing and is situated within a close proximity of the majority of academic and social buildings on the campus.
