Directions to the Tailgate Area

West

• From Houston take US hwy 290 west  approximatly fifty miles to The City of Prairie. Take the View Prairie View A&M University, FM1098 exit
  
• Turn right onto FM1098
  
• Keep FM1098 1/4 mile, FM1098 continues to the left at the four-way traffic light. (make that left) 
  
• Continue FM1098 1/2 mile, when you see the Prairie View Inn turn right onto LW Minor St.      
  
• From there signs will guide you to the Tailgate area.

East

• From Austin take US hwy 290 East approximatly 100 miles The City of Prairie.Take the View Prairie View A&M University, FM1098 exit
  
• Turn left onto FM1098
  
• Keep FM1098 1/4 mile, FM1098 continues to the left at the four-way traffic light. (make that left)
  
• Continue FM1098 1/2 mile, when you see the Prairie View Inn turn right onto LW Minor St.      
  
• From there signs will guide you to the Tailgate area.

Please display your permit at all times and be sure to park in designated area.

Cash & credit card payments can be made in person at the Cashiers Office located in the W.R. Banks Bldg. from 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday thru Friday. The Cashiers Office also accept credit card payments by telephone. Customers will need to call 936-261-1903. If you arrive after 3pm only cash will be accepted at the Parking Management Office located in the Harrington Science Bldg. room 117 until 6pm. After 6pm, tailgaters can purchase their permit with cash only at the entrance booths located at the west entrance on the campus. On Saturday at 9:00am all tailgaters can purchase their permit (cash only) at the entrance booths.
